We carefully manage the term sheet submissions, due diligence, deal negotiation and deal closing —drawing on our international expertise in these areas. As much as is possible, technology is applied to ensure an efficient process for all parties involved.
Once the capital raising process is completed, Rolfe & Associates engages with our clients on a longer term basis where we focus on specific business development initiatives, providing strategic advisory services or preparing for the next capital raise.
